Flying Segments caused by Undercutting

Diamond Blade undercutting is when the core wears faster the segments by the abrasive material being cut by the saw. The misuse will wear and break the segments sides and break away from the core of the diamond blade.

Using a diamond blade designed for the hardest granite stone to cut abrasive red brick will result in undercutting and the diamond segments will come off.

Putting a diamond blade designed for concrete on a saw to cut asphalt or green concrete will result in undercutting.
